Guy DelfourCoach Guy Dufour - Founder and Head Trainer

Corefit’s founder, Guy Dufour, has the rare ability to motivate and mentor with calm empathy. Put together with a National Jiu-Jitsu Championship, 1st dan Karate black belt, 2nd dan black belt in Tae Kwon Do, serious trainer accreditation and a seasoned competition history you have a combination of winning mindset, experience at all levels and a depth of training understanding.

In his spare time the compassionate and energetic Guy Dufour currently competes in Functional Fitness, Crossfit competitions and Olympic Weightlifting.  Coach Guy has a diploma from Sheridan College in Human Performance Training, accreditations from Precision Nutrition Level One, Crossfit Level One Trainer and is a Certified Professional Trainer with CPTN. 




Toshoya McEwan - Certified Personal Trainer

With a passion for helping others and a longtime lover of physical activity, Toshoya McEwan is a certified personal trainer, with a degree in Kinesiology. 

Toshoya loves to help others become their best selves through health, wellness and fitness. Her passion for helping others to create and maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle has allowed her to help her clients not only look great but also feel amazing on the inside. 

Toshoya believes that everyone is deserving of living a happy life and that anyone can change for the better if they set their mind to it. However, she does believe that in order to see changes on the outside, we first must make changes on the inside. With the tools and resources acquired through her own life experiences and research, she is dedicated to helping any way she can.


Stephanie Metzger Corefit NutritionStephanie Metzger - Nutritionist

Stephanie, an honoured graduate in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph, furthered her passion for nutrition by becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. With over 20 years in the health and wellness field, including roles as a personal trainer, kinesiologist, and natural health product sectors, she has spent the last 13 years dedicated to holistic nutrition. Stephanie offers personalized, holistic health strategies focusing on mental, emotional, and physical well-being, considering each client's unique history and health concerns to guide them toward sustainable lifestyle changes and goal achievement.

Her expertise lies in weight loss and enhancing overall well-being, providing custom advice, educational support, and practical tools for nutritional choices and meal planning. Stephanie emphasizes the importance of whole foods for optimal health and disease prevention, advocating for small, manageable changes that lead to significant, long-term results. Her commitment to her clients' success is paramount, ensuring a supportive and confident journey toward improved health.


Elena Togias Corefit Yoga InstructorElena Togias - Yoga Instructor & Personal Trainer

Elena is a healer who guides your energy in such a way that you will instantly feel better during a session with her. In the fitness world she is a Yoga teacher (E-RYT 500 | Power Yoga Canada) and Personal Training Specialist (canfitpro). Beyond fitness, she is a Reiki Master and Tarot reader (Ann the Divine Witch), as well as a Hot Stone Massage therapist (Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy). Elena loves learning new things, exploring faraway places, and connecting with people from all walks of life. 



Tim WongTim Wong - Personal Trainer

Tim is a Registered Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer. One of his specialties is helping clients improve their body composition. Some of his clients have lost as much as 63 pounds. More satisfying then improving a client’s external appearance, clients who have trained with Tim have also lowered their blood pressure and cholesterol, reduced medication and improved their overall quality of life.

Tim’s clientele includes clients with diabetes, heart disease, stroke, osteoporosis and several other chronic diseases, all of which have and can be improved with a proper exercise program.





ReginaRe'gina Brown-Anazodo - Certified Personal Trainer

Re'gina Brown-Anazodo (Gina) currently holds her Bachelor's in Human Kinetics, majoring in Movement Science from the University of Windsor, and her post-graduate in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management (ESLM) from Humber College.  While at Windsor, she worked as a student athletic therapist for the Windsor Lancers Men and Women's Varsity Soccer Teams. Toward her final year of studies, she discovered she had to pay more attention to her health and wellness.  She then decided to create a Fitness platform that promotes health, wellness and body positivity. Today, her platform has been able to educate and empower people. Currently, Gina is studying to challenge the COKO entry to the practice exam to receive her designation as a Registered Kinesiologist.



Corefit Personal Trainer Cassandra

Cassandra Carlucci - Certified Personal Trainer

Cassandra is an experienced trainer whose mission is to consistently create a positive environment for individuals to push their limits through resistance training. Her love for movement traces back to her early years, engaging in activities like dancing and recreational sports. After completing her education at Sheridan College, Cassandra embarked on her journey in strength and conditioning.

In her role as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at UofT, she delivered advanced group training sessions tailored for high-performing athletes. With nine years of coaching experience spanning across various age groups, Cassandra is dedicated to ongoing learning, ensuring she expands her knowledge to effectively support her clients in reaching their fitness goals.
