Yoga for corporate wellness

Deeqa M. - Yoga Instructor

With over a decade of personal practice and more than five years of teaching experience, Deeqa brings energy, warmth, and a deep passion for yoga to every class she leads.

She offers a variety of yoga flows, but mainly hot power yoga—a dynamic practice that builds stability, strengthens the core, and cultivates mindful breathwork. Since becoming a mother, Deeqa has embraced a more intuitive approach, knowing when to energize and when to slow down. No two of her classes are ever the same—each is crafted in the moment to meet the needs of her students.

For Deeqa, yoga is more than movement; it’s the connection of breath, mind, and body. Her goal is to guide you toward that connection in every session, creating a space where you can challenge yourself, find balance, and leave feeling grounded and renewed.

Victor Garzon - Certified Personal Trainer & Aging Population Specialist

Victor Garzon is a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in fitness for the aging population. With over a decade of experience as both a Paramedic and Personal Trainer, Victor brings a unique perspective to health and wellness. His passion for fitness stems from a deep understanding of its critical role in promoting both physical and mental health.

As a Paramedic, Victor has witnessed firsthand how a lack of physical activity can negatively impact quality of life, particularly through preventable injuries caused by falls during daily activities. This insight drives his mission to help clients improve and maintain mobility, strength, stability, and flexibility—key components in reducing the risk of falls and enhancing overall quality of life as they age.

Victor holds certifications in Senior Fitness and Nutrition, further enabling him to address the unique needs of older adults. He believes that staying physically active is essential for maintaining independence, preventing injuries, and fostering a happier, healthier life.

Victor is passionate about empowering our clients to achieve their fitness goals and looks forward to helping them lead vibrant, injury-free lives.

  • Kickboxing

  • Small group training
