Guy DelfourGuy Dufour - Founder and Head Trainer

Corefit’s founder, Guy Dufour has the rare ability to motivate and mentor with calm empathy. Put together with a National Jiu-Jitsu Championship, 1st dan Karate black belt, 2nd dan black belt in Tae Kwon Do, serious trainer accreditation and a seasoned competition history you have a combination of winning mindset, experience at all levels and a depth of training understanding.

In his spare time the compassionate and energetic Guy Dufour currently competes in Functional Fitness, Crossfit competitions and Olympic Weightlifting.  Coach Guy has a diploma from Sheridan College in Human Performance Training, accreditations from Precision Nutrition Level One, Crossfit Level One Trainer and is a Certified Professional Trainer with CPTN. 

 



CPChristina Papaevangelou - Yoga Instructor & Mindset Coach

Christina has been a dedicated student of yoga since 2009, and feels it is an important form of her personal self-expression. Her passion for yoga evolved into a desire to share it with others; not only for it’s benefits as a physical practice, but also for it’s potential to support mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. This led her to complete her RYT-200 Teacher Training in Baptiste Power Vinyasa – a style known for it’s physicality and ability to inspire growth both on and off the mat.
 
How you show up on your mat, is how you show up in your life. Christina describes one's yoga practice like a mirror: A reflection of how one approaches situations, circumstances and interactions out in the world. She believes that through yoga, the insight you’ll gain about yourself is both invaluable and transformational. It’s as much about improving your life, as it is about improving your physical wellbeing.

Dione Mason - Personal Trainer and Zumba Instructor

Dione Mason is a Fitness and Lifestyle Coach that has proven her dedication, drive and commitment to excellence in the fitness industry. With over 15 years of experience as a Certified Fitness Professional, she motivates and inspires people towards optimal health and positive lifestyle changes. 

As a strong believer in continuing education, Dione annually attends fitness trainings and conferences. In addition to her fitness education, she graduated with a Diploma in Business Administration – Marketing with Honours and a Certificate in Specialization in Special Events Management with Honours. She has not only demonstrated her outstanding teaching technique and contagious fiery energy in her classes, she has raised the bar in developing creative ways to enhance the fitness experience in the Greater Toronto Area and abroad.

 

Hayley StephensHayley Stephens - Yoga Instructor

Hayley Stephens is passionate about creating a healthy lifestyle for herself, her daughters and her community. She is a 200 hour trained yoga instructor and studio owner, holistic nutritionist and trainer to her girls hockey teams. Her "me" time is often her "run" time. She is a dedicated marathon runner, always pushing for the next PB (personal best) in races. While she started running and doing yoga to stay active and relieve stress, she has found a deeper reward - that of  a healthy, close community of friends. 

Working from a place of love and compassion, Hayley is passionate about helping people realize their potential. She understands fears that hold people back and how hard it is to change unhealthy habits. It was only when she stepped way outside of her comfort zone that her life has evolved into the one she imagined. She will always be in the learning (she is currently working towards her 500 hour yoga teaching certification) and will always do her best to inspire her students and clients.  




Tim WongTim Wong - Personal Trainer

Tim is a Registered Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer. One of his specialties is helping clients improve their body composition. Some of his clients have lost as much as 63 pounds. More satisfying then improving a client’s external appearance, clients who have trained with Tim have also lowered their blood pressure and cholesterol, reduced medication and improved their overall quality of life.

Tim’s clientele includes clients with diabetes, heart disease, stroke, osteoporosis and several other chronic diseases, all of which have and can be improved with a proper exercise program.
