Guy DelfourGuy Dufour - Founder and Head Trainer

Corefit’s founder, Guy Dufour has the rare ability to motivate and mentor with calm empathy. Put together with a National Jiu-Jitsu Championship, 1st dan Karate black belt, 2nd dan black belt in Tae Kwon Do, serious trainer accreditation and a seasoned competition history you have a combination of winning mindset, experience at all levels and a depth of training understanding.

In his spare time the compassionate and energetic Guy Dufour currently competes in Functional Fitness, Crossfit competitions and Olympic Weightlifting.  Coach Guy has a diploma from Sheridan College in Human Performance Training, accreditations from Precision Nutrition Level One, Crossfit Level One Trainer and is a Certified Professional Trainer with CPTN. 

 

NatalieAgnes Zausz - Yoga Instructor and Women’s Leadership Coach

Agnes Zausz is the epitome of love and connection. She turned her life around after leaving the corporate world and now lives and breathes freedom and play in every part of her life. She is a certified yoga instructor and has completed her RYT-200® in Baptiste Power Vinyasa.

Furthermore, Agnes helps creative and ambitious women create a life that is spacious & expansive. She has been a Women’s Leadership Coach for over 4 years.

Dione Mason - Personal Trainer and Zumba Instructor

Dione Mason is a Fitness and Lifestyle Coach that has proven her dedication, drive and commitment to excellence in the fitness industry. With over 15 years of experience as a Certified Fitness Professional, she motivates and inspires people towards optimal health and positive lifestyle changes. 

As a strong believer in continuing education, Dione annually attends fitness trainings and conferences. In addition to her fitness education, she graduated with a Diploma in Business Administration – Marketing with Honours and a Certificate in Specialization in Special Events Management with Honours. She has not only demonstrated her outstanding teaching technique and contagious fiery energy in her classes, she has raised the bar in developing creative ways to enhance the fitness experience in the Greater Toronto Area and abroad.

 

Dione MasonNatalie Webber - Yoga Instructor

Natalie has been a yoga practitioner since 2005 and has been committed exclusively to her training and development in the style of Baptiste Power Yoga since 2011. Natalie has trained directly under Baron Baptiste, founder of the Baptiste Yoga practice. She is currently a 500 hour Certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher with the Baptiste Institute, a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Natalie has served as both a participant and assisting team member in over 10 Baptiste Programs, including the Art of Assisting and Advanced Art of Assisting. Furthermore, Natalie completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training with Power Yoga Canada (PYC) in 2013 under the direction of Canada’s first Senior Baptiste Yoga Teacher, Kinndli McCollum. With a background in gymnastics, dance, figure skating and competitive volleyball, Natalie was immediately addicted to the physicality of the Baptiste flow, however it is the opportunity to build connection and community with others that inspires her to share this practice. 


Tim WongTim Wong - Personal Trainer

Tim is a Registered Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer. One of his specialties is helping clients improve their body composition. Some of his clients have lost as much as 63 pounds. More satisfying then improving a client’s external appearance, clients who have trained with Tim have also lowered their blood pressure and cholesterol, reduced medication and improved their overall quality of life.

Part of Tim’s clientele includes clients with diabetes, heart disease, stroke, osteoporosis and several other chronic diseases, all of which have and can be improved with a proper exercise program.
